In Southern Moreton Bay is located about a kilometre from the jetty, along High Street, on the right after the Post Office. As well as Petrol, Diesel and Oils, you can buy a whole lot of other items, such as auto parts, car batteries, bait, fishing tackle, hardware, cold drinks, some newspapers and of course lollies. And what would life be without ice cream. And all this served with a smile.
There is also a garage for services and repairs, where among tyres, servicing hoist and other paraphernalia your car's aches and pains will be attended to. Even a facelift might be possible:)
The fuel costs are a bit higher than on the mainland. The service station is usually open most business days plus Saturdays.
