What does it cost ?

• General Computer Services* - $50.00 (Flat Rate, Standard) $35.00 (Flat Rate, Concession)
• One-on-One Computer Tutoring - $10 per hour (At your premises) $5 per hour (At our office)
• Network Installation & Setup - Varies depending on the requirements and hardware required
• Virus/Spyware/Malware Removal - $65.00 (Flat Rate, Standard) $55.00 (Flat Rate, Concession)
• Computer Building & Upgrades - Varies on requirements and needs.
• Web Design - 5-Page Website starts at $395 including Logo Design, 1 Year Hosting and 30-Days of Support. Custom Code/Scripting such as PHP, Perl, etc. will cost an extra $500.00
• Administration Fee – Waived (Except where the Dishonoured Appointment Fee applies, then we charge $5.00)
• Travel Fee - Costs of Return Inter-Island Ferry Fee, currently $3.00 according to the Bay Islands Transit website (28/10/2011).
• Dishonoured Appointment Fee - $15 if appointment cancellation/modification request is not received three hours before the scheduled appointment. If you choose to cancel your appointment after the scheduled time, then you are required to pay the fee.
• Late Payment Fee - $15.00 if payment is not received within seven (7) days from the date of your invoice. This increases by $2.00 per day the invoice is overdue.
• After Hours Support - $10 per month. This extends the support hours available to you. For the available hours, see below.* Price is for initial consultation only; any required hardware/software is not included in the price shown here.
